Programmed is thrilled to present an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established team as a Voice Picker with our client, a global leader in supply chain solutions, conveniently located near Brisbane Airport!

This site will be a brand new distribution facility for our client, as they continue to expand their operations. Therefore, we are looking for staff who will be willing to complete training at our clients existing location in Karawatha for 2-4 weeks. After completing this training, you will transition to the new site near Brisbane Airport at the end of May!

Role Overview:

• Efficiently perform voice picking, RF scanning, and EPJ operations
• Pick and pack dry, chilled, and frozen orders
• Conduct regular stock checks and assist with replenishment
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Operate within a 24/7 operations schedule

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience with voice picking, order picking, and EPJ operation
• A forklift license is a bonus but not required
• Experience in a cold room environment is advantageous
• Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed KPIs
• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
• Must be willing to travel to Karrawatha for training
• Flexibility to work either AM or PM shifts:
• AM Shift: 0600 - 1430
• PM Shift: 1430 - 2200
