THE ROLE
As a Project Officer within the Maintenance Assurance and Property Condition team specialising in the Property Condition side of the team's work, you are responsible for carrying out on-site inspections of Victoria's social housing portfolio, completing assessments that record information on the attributes and condition of the different elements that make up our buildings to inform future planning decisions. Are you:
- Purpose driven and passionate about delivering great outcomes for social housing renters and the Victorian community.
- Able to interpret and articulate technical aspects of building regulations, codes, standards and contracts to stakeholders of all levels.
- Flexible and Accountable: adaptable; open to new ideas; show initiative; proactive and self-starting; seizes opportunities and acts upon them.
