About the Role
We are seeking either an Associate Professor or Professor (Teaching and Research) in Project Management and Innovation.

Associate Professor (Teaching and Research)
- Providing sustained leadership in teaching programs, primarily within Project Management & Innovation area in Business discipline.
- Making an outstanding high quality personal contribution to research and community service through original and innovative contributions, obtaining competitive research grants from outside the University and sustained publications within high quality publications.
- Playing a significant leadership role in the College/University and make a significant contribution to leadership at the national and/or international level within Project Management & Innovation area in Business discipline.
- Provide leadership in inspiring and innovative teaching informed by approaches that enhance the student experience.
Professor (Teaching and Research)
- Providing outstanding teaching using contemporary pedagogy, a range of delivery methods, and innovative delivery methods in the area of project management and related areas.
- Publishing high quality publications in business, project management and associated areas recognised as such nationally and internationally.
- Gaining external competitive research grants and contributing to growth in Flinders' research income on a sustainable basis.
- Provide leadership in inspiring and innovative teaching informed by approaches that enhance the student experience.
- Supervising to completion Flinders research students including doctoral students in business and grow the PhD cohort.
Both positions are required to have completed a PhD, or equivalent qualification.
