ABOUT NETWORK ENERGY SERVICES
Our medium sized business is 20+ years young, and has expanded to a team of 20 staff. As an essential utilities service provider, we establish, implement and manage utility billing for embedded networks in retirement villages and over 50s communities across Australia.
Located in Burwood, Victoria, we take immense pride in our reputation for superior customer service to our customers and clients and are one of the few businesses that do actually believe in quality of work life balance. PERKS OF THIS ROLE
This is a Full-Time role which includes Super, Annual Leave, Personal Leave & Long Service Leave (after 7 years)
9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday based in our Burwood, Victoria office. We don't work overtime! We want you to have a terrific Work Life Balance.

Remuneration will be based on experience: Up to $70k base + super.
THE ROLE
This role predominantly answers inbound telephone calls from customers (many of them elderly) with queries regarding their utility billing or other related queries, including concessions. The telephone customer service we provide is our number one priority and a legacy we pride ourselves on.
You will also be actively learning and perform the following functions:
Answering inbound telephone calls
Administrative duties
Electricity and/or water billing using our billing system
Analytical work and problem solving
Client correspondence
A variety of other operational duties
You will start learning the ropes of the company from the ground up and then have opportunities over time to develop your natural interests and talents with a view to advancing your career with us.

Ability to use various computer systems

Strong interpersonal qualities
