We are seeking a skilled and reliable Water Well Driller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating drilling equipment to drill, bore, and sink water wells and monitor operations to ensure quality and Saftey at all times

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain drilling rigs and related equipment

Drill commercial, and agricultural water wells according to project specifications

Select appropriate drill bits, casings, and materials

Monitor drilling parameters and adjust operations as needed

Perform regular maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance

Follow safety regulations and company procedures on-site

Interpret geological formations and adjust drilling accordingly

Keep detailed logs and documentation of drilling activities

Collaborate with engineers, geologists, and other field personnel

Ensure compliance with environmental and water use regulationsafety standards are met. This role requires both technical know-how and physical stamina.
