About the role

Hanss Pty Ltd is seeking experienced Grader and Water Cart Operators to join our team in Hughenden, QLD. You will play a crucial part in the success of our construction projects, utilising your expertise to ensure our sites are properly maintained and prepared for the next stage of work.

What you'll be doing

Operating graders to level, grade and compact soil and other materials on construction sites

Operating water carts to wet mix material

Ensuring equipment is well-maintained and in safe working condition

Collaborating with the broader construction team to support the delivery of projects on time and to the highest quality standards

Adhering to all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a final trim Grader Operator in the construction industry with GPS experience

Previous experience operating a semi water cart in a construction crew

Relevant qualifications, Grader RII Ticket and

Water Cart HC or MC driver's licence and RII Ticket for Water Cart Operations

Construction White Card

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety

The ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Good communication and problem-solving skills
