As a Guest Service Agent, you'll be the face for our guest, providing exceptional service from reservation to check-in to check-out. Your warm welcome and attention to detail will ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Hotel / Service Apartment Experience

Assist guests with phone and online reservations, check-in and check-out procedures

Handle guest enquiries, requests, and special arrangements

Provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions

Ensure accurate billing and payment processing

Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally

Be well presented with exceptional communication skills

Qualifications:

Previous hospitality experience is a must, hotel guest services is a plus!

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

5 Star Customer service skills

Strong problem-solving abilities

Detail-oriented with a commitment to guest satisfaction

Proficiency in using hotel management software (training provided)

Flexibility to work shifts between 8am-7pm, including weekends and holidays.
