Orgone Effects Australia is a forward-thinking alternative health company. We specialise in holistic health and wellness products. Our company is expanding globally.

We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented team member to join our small but mighty crew. This role sits at the heart of our warehouse operations and plays a key part in keeping everything running smoothly – from stock ordering, to packing customer orders. Key responsibilities

Forecasting and placing regular stock orders – ensuring there is always products in stock

Receiving and recording incoming stock

Liaising with suppliers and managing lead times

Communicating with the operations lead to ensure smooth processing with stock and upcoming promotions/product launches

Unpacking and restocking products

Picking and packing customer orders

Managing stock for expo’s

Labelling products

General warehouse duties

Assisting with improvements to stock managing systems & processes

Working collaboratively with the wider team

Learning fabrication of the products as a necessary assistant to our key fabricator

What we’re looking for

We’re a close-knit team that genuinely enjoys working together. Creating a supportive, down-to-earth workplace is really important to us, and we’re looking for someone who can slot into that with ease. This is a 5 day per week position; however hours can be negotiated.

Team-oriented: You enjoy working with others, you're kind, considerate, and can navigate different work types with care.

A strong communicator: You’re not afraid to ask questions, share updates, or offer feedback – it keeps everything running smoothly.

Tech-savvy: Confident with basic systems and spreadsheets.

Small business experience: You understand the day-to-day running of a small business warehouse and can easily see the needs developing as we expand globally.

Bonus points for

Experience in stock control or warehouse operations

Interest in improving systems and helping processes run more smoothly

Confidence in training or guiding junior staff

A green thumb! We’ve got plenty of plants around the space, and someone who enjoys helping them thrive would be very welcome
