Australian owned Food Manufacturer and supplier of oleos, oils, fats, and margarines is seeking an experienced and skilled Production Operator for a day shift role.

Peerless Foods supplies a diverse range of products to local and overseas markets. You will be responsible for safe and efficient operation of the line and machinery.

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

Operation of one or more of the many production lines on site

Communicating any production issues with the relevant staff.

Compliance and adherence with OHS policies and procedures.

Maintain our high quality standards by adhering to GMP principles

What you will bring to the role:

Strong awareness and commitment to safety standards

Previous machine operator experience in a food manufacturing environment.

Team player and a willingness to learn.

Ability to multi task and work unsupervised.

A forklift license is essential

For your hard work and commitment you will be rewarded with a hourly pay rate of $38.29 ($45.94 afternoon shift) and conditions are very competitive.
