MC Driver - Mackay

About Role

Toll People in collaboration with Team Global Express is seeking MC Driver for casual opportunity to assist with the distribution & collection of General Freight within a Mining depot located in Moranbah. This position is seeking an Early AM Driver who also hold a MC License with a minimum 1yrs exp. You will be working from 12.30am for approx. 10-12 days working Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Extensive local knowledge
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Ability to complete trailer coupling & uncoupling within a safe manner
• Keep your vehicle clean and presentable and ensure relevant maintenance and safety checks are carried out regularly

Skills & Experience

• Current MC Truck Driving License
• Minimum 1yrs experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Co-operate with your employer to ensure all safe work procedures are adhered to
• Observe and practise correct safe work methods
• Immediately report any unhealthy and/or unsafe working conditions, hazards, equipment, or practices to your manager/supervisor and make suggestions on improvements
• Immediately report to your manager/supervisor all injuries, illnesses, incidents and near misses - no matter how minor
