The Role:
We are offering a senior lawyer either at Senior Associate or Special Counsel level with experience in Succession Law a great opportunity to lead the team. Your workload will include a mix of estate litigation, trusts and elder law issues as well as general private client work. You will also work with and mentor the junior members in the team, developing their expertise in the area and file management.

The team is well organised with established processes in place to ensure high quality work is delivered and appropriate training and support is provided. Team's work includes a mix of estate litigation, planning and administration as well as wills and trusts and elder law.

Easy parking as location is southside city fringe and you are not encouraged to work weekends or evenings as the firm embraces work/life balance.

About You
The ideal candidate for this Wills & Estates role will have:

• Ideally 5+ years PAE in Wills & Estates law.
• Ability to run complex Succession law matters autonomously.
• Good communication skills with an approachable demeanour.
• Work well with and mentor junior lawyers.
