Distributing Australia wide with an enviable presence in WA, UDW has a strong market position in providing high quality outdoor products to the building materials market. As a progressive company, always looking for innovative solutions for their clients, UDW’s offering is vast and includes a range of decking, cladding, fencing and building accessory products.

Reporting directly to the Customer Service Team Leader and working closely with the national sales teams, this role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service. Ultimately, success in the role will be demonstrated by your ability to expertly support our WA resellers with sales and product support.

The key responsibilities of the role will be as follows:

Provide strong customer service to our customers nationally

Be enthusiastic and eager to learn

Focus on the customer and how to deliver the best customer experience

Work closely with the external sales team

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:

A track record of strong customer service

Exceptional client relationship building and communication skills

Proven problem-solving capability

Consultative approach to understand needs of all stakeholders

Energy, drive and enthusiasm are a must
