Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Build the leadership capacity of Centre Directors, empowering them to deliver exceptional care and education which align with group operation principle;
Overall management of enrollment, including but not limited to the marketing events and promotions supervision, income & profit achievement with various operation methods under the Group's business etc.
Working closely with campus management to understand and control cost, managing & controlling the budget of each campus, and providing cost-management solutions.
Achieve and maintain an exceeding rating by staying informed of best practices and driving pedagogical performance and customer service;
Work with Centre Directors to ensure our brand is deeply embedded within their local communities, enhancing the experience for children and families;
Promote continuous improvement for assessment and rating outcomes to ensure our centres are always striving for excellence;
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of governing laws and regulations, ensuring all centres are compliant and uphold the highest standards;
Lead Centre Directors in achieving financial targets, ensuring strong business disciplines are in place.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above in early childhood education;
Minimum 6 years' experience in centre management or leadership role within the childcare industry;
Comprehensive knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standard (NQS) to ensure quality practices and outcomes for children;
Capability to handle multi centres’ operation, including staffing, budgeting, revenue and resource allocation;
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to liaise with families, staff, regulatory bodies and the broader community;
Ability to establish and nurture positive relationships with all stakeholders and communities, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment;
Ability to utilize software for working
Holding Provider Approval is preferred
Salary and Benefits:
●Competitive salary range (Annual Package): AUD 100,000 – AUD 150,000 + Super

Work Hours and Conditions:
●Full-time position, 38 hours per week.
