Next Gen is seeking a passionate a Diploma Qualified Educator, Monday - Friday and a Full-Time Early Childhood Teacher to join our beautiful family owned and orientated centre located in Harrington Park.

A successful applicant will possess the following skills & experience:

• Enjoy working in a fun, friendly and well-resourced environment.
• Be an advocate for all children.
• Contribute to the effective operation of the workplace by supporting colleagues, sharing ideas and information and working collaboratively in our team.
• Comply with the centres policies and procedures along with licensing, legislation & regulations.
• Assisting children with their daily routines & support them in their learning
• Create a stimulating environment to foster & support children's development
• Understanding of the EYLF and NQF
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Hold a WWCC, Current First Aid & CPR.
• Current and updated child protection training (CHCPRT025)
  or willing to obtain.
