Our client is looking for a driven, creative, and hands-on Events Manager to take the reins on a calendar packed with inspiring, high-impact events.

You’ll step into a key leadership role for a 12-month maternity leave contract, leading a tight-knit team and delivering events that engage hearts, raise funds, and grow awareness.

The ROLE

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of major fundraising events, community activations, and donor engagements
• Manage budgets, suppliers, logistics, stakeholder relationships, and risk
• Collaborate closely with marketing and communications to promote events
• Secure sponsorships and in-kind support to enhance event value
• Support the organisation’s mission by delivering events that engage and inspire
• Lead, mentor and empower two Events Coordinators to deliver excellence together

About YOU

• Proven success in end-to-end event delivery — bonus points if you’ve worked in fundraising or NFPs
• A natural leader who’s just as comfortable doing the big-picture thinking as rolling up your sleeves
• Excellent communication and stakeholder skills — you're confident, charismatic, and calm under pressure
• Tech-savvy with experience in CRM systems and event platforms like Humanitix, Salesforce or Raisely
