About the role

Austral Community Preschool is seeking passionate and experienced early childhood education professionals to join our team in Austral, NSW. We have part-time opportunities available for Certificate 3 and Diploma-qualified educators to contribute to the delivery of high-quality care and learning programs for children aged 3-5 years.

What you'll be doing

Providing a nurturing, engaging and educational environment for children to learn and develop

Implementing age-appropriate activities and play-based learning experiences

Observing, documenting and assessing children's progress and development

Collaborating with families to support each child's individual needs and goals

Maintaining a safe, clean and well-organised childcare space

Participating in professional development opportunities to continuously improve your skills

What we're looking for

Certificate 3 or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

Demonstrated experience working with children aged 3-5 years

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Creativity and a passion for facilitating learning through play

Commitment to providing high-quality care and education

Current First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain

A valid Working With Children Check
