About the Role:

This is a high-impact, all-encompassing role, responsible for the full project life cycle from quoting and estimating right through to handover, final invoicing and profitability review. You’ll work across a variety of project types, including small sub-contracts and larger head contract jobs with developers and local councils.

As the key driver of your own pipeline, you’ll play a central role in shaping the future of the business

Estimating & Sales: You’ll lead the quoting process

Preparing detailed, competitive and accurate project estimates using AroFlo, Bluebeam, and PowerBI

Engage with clients early to shape scope, propose smart cost-effective alternatives, and lift win rates

Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to optimise pricing

Producing professional, client-ready proposals that reflect Concretum’s brand and standards

Build and maintain relationships that convert into repeat business

Project Management: You’ll manage delivery end-to-end teams, timelines, and quality outcomes

Running end-to-end project delivery across a variety of specialist concrete works

Manage schedules, safety, subcontractors, documentation and client communications

Track forecasts, variations, claims, and job profitability

Deliver projects on-time and on-budget with margin targets met or exceeded

Supervise site works via close collaboration with subcontractors and support foremen to perform.

Run weekly programs, ensure client communication, and drive resourcing

Contracts Administration:

Lead procurement strategy, cost control, and variation management

Negotiate with suppliers, assess risks, and maximise project profitability

Oversee monthly invoicing and contribute to forecasting, and reporting

Support compliance requirements and negotiate contract terms as needed

Leadership & Culture:

Clients and crews know they can count on you to deliver, lead, and communicate clearly

Confident using AroFlo, Bluebeam, PowerBi or similar systems to manage estimating and delivery

Skilled in quoting, pricing variations, and delivering projects to margin

Committed to quality in your documentation, your relationships, and your projects

You’re confident with clients, clear with your team, and calm under pressure.
