About us:

Located in Upper Mount Gravatt, Club Southside is a popular sports and community club that provides a unique facility for members and guests with a primary focus on contributing to the local community.

We are looking for committed and enthusiastic Night Gaming Attendants to join our busy Club.

To be successful you must be willing to work mostly nights (sometimes until 2am or 4am) and weekends. The right candidate will also have the opportunity to become a team leader to support our nighttime team.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver prompt, friendly and polite service and assistance to customers

Maintain accuracy in all cash handling procedures

Operation of Keno or gaming machines

Ensure the environment is clean and welcoming for our guests

Ensure all RSA and RSG legislative requirements are enforced

Prepare drinks and basic food for guests

The ideal candidate will have:

Able to work a variety of shifts- Nights and weekends (4am finishes)

An outgoing and enthusiastic personality

Great customer service skills

Cash handling skills

Keno experience (not essential)

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Experience in a similar hospitality role (not essential)

Impeccable personal presentation

RSA and RSG certificates of attainment
