Cleaner/Gardener Property Caretaker Wanted

(MUST HAVE YOUR OWN CAR)

Starting from $35 per hour PLUS SUPER + Plus travel allowances

We are looking for motivated Casual Caretakers (who can both clean and can mow lawns) to join our caretakers to join our team.

Clean/ light gardening for common areas of apartment buildings in Hawthorn, Carnegie, Balwyn, Sandringham areas.

DAYS: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.

HOURS: Approx 3-4 hours each day. The Shifts can be completed and independently managed any time between 7am and 6pm.

Work with a friend, partner, spouse (ie one person cleans whilst other mows nature strip)

Great for parents looking to work school hours. Over 50’s also highly encouraged to apply. 4- 20 hours a week can be offered.

Property Caretaking roles include cleaning common areas of apartment buildings (Cleaning involves vacuuming, moping, window cleaning and dusting) plus gardening and lawn mowing.

Sites are spread across the inner suburbs of Melbourne. Including Hawthorn, Balwyn, Sandringham, Carnegie, Elwood.

Applicants must have a car. Equipment will be provided. Travel allowance will be paid per kilometer.

Cleaning experience preferred. Onsite training provided.
