At Mancel College, We Get It.
We understand that teachers are passionate about what they do in different ways, and at some points in life, that means being passionate while also balancing your own life.
Relief teaching offers flexibility, variety, and the chance to stay connected to the classroom, all while protecting your time, energy, and personal commitments.
But not all casual work is the same.
At Mancel College, you'll step into a welcoming environment where every day counts for something bigger. We support children and young people with Language Disorder, students who thrive with patience, care, and the right communication supports. Your presence, even for one day, can make a meaningful difference in how they connect, belong, and achieve.
When you work with us, you’re not “just a relief teacher”, you’re a valued part of a team that truly sees the individual behind the role. We’ll support you with helpful plans, friendly staff, and a connected atmosphere.
So, if you’re looking for casual teaching that’s both purposeful and respectful of your life outside the classroom, we’d love to welcome you.
Apply to be a relief teacher with us, because how you teach, and how you live, both matter.
About You:
Have the teaching qualifications, QCT registration, Child Safety Checks, experience, and knowledge to be a phenomenal and influential teacher
