We are currently seeking:
- OSHC Manager/2IC (Permanent Part - Time)
- OSHC Educators (Casual and Permanent Part-Time)

OSHC Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the OSHC service aligned with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and My Time Our Place (MTOP)
- Lead, inspire and mentor your team of educators
- Ensure compliance with all Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations (WA)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with families, school staff, and the wider community
- Manage rosters, enrolments, documentation, and reporting systems
Educator Responsibilities:
- Provide safe, engaging, and inclusive environments for school-aged children
- Implement and support play-based programs aligned with MTOP
- Build strong, trusting relationships with children and families
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to service planning
- Maintain documentation and uphold regulatory standards
Essential Criteria:
- Manager: Diploma in Children’s Services (or equivalent) and minimum 2 years' leadership experience
- Educators: Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent (or working towards)
- Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis, and CPR
- Sound knowledge of MTOP, NQS & relevant regulations
- Strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills (for managers)
- A commitment to child safety and inclusion
