Life School Age Care is a vibrant ministry of Life Church, providing high-quality before school, after school, and vacation care to children. We’re passionate about creating safe, fun, and faith-filled environments where children are nurtured, encouraged, and empowered.

We are currently looking for enthusiastic and caring Casual Educators to join our dynamic LSAC team. If you love working with school-aged children, thrive in flexible work environments, and carry a heart for ministry through education and care, we’d love to hear from you.

Your Role:

As an Educator at LSAC, you’ll have the opportunity to:

Support the Director and other Educators in the delivery of a play-based program following the My Time, Our Place Learning Framework.

Support children’s wellbeing and development through engaging and age-appropriate experiences.

Work alongside a passionate team to implement fun, values-based programs that reflect the needs and interests of children.

Build strong relationships with families, children, and the wider Life Church community.

Maintain a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where every child feels seen and valued.

Step into shifts across our service locations as required, including before school care, after school care, and vacation care.

What We’re Looking For:

Life School Age Care educators are more than just caregivers; they are cultural definers, carrying the heart of our church. We are looking for individuals who:

Are active members of a local church and committed to living out their faith in everyday life.

Have relevant qualifications or are studying toward them (Certificate III, Diploma, or teaching qualifications in Education, Allied Health or Human Services fields).

Are intuitive, detail-oriented, and passionate about Children.

Exhibit flexibility, resilience, assertiveness, and grace, with a clear understanding and respect for confidentiality.

Bring energy, creativity, and a positive attitude to every interaction.
