Your Role:
As a Case Manager, you will provide comprehensive Omni-Channel support for customer concerns related to a luxury automotive brand. From the initial inquiry to resolution, you will coordinate with dealers, field staff, management, and other departments to effectively resolve customer issues.

The main goal is to ensure customer satisfaction while safeguarding our client's interests, ensuring that all customer interactions are meaningful and foster brand loyalty and advocacy.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer communications through voice, email, and social media regarding their vehicles or experience with the luxury automotive brand.
  • Oversee case management by researching, following up, and collaborating with departments, keeping customers updated until resolution.
  • Take ownership of case files and support designated buddy for service continuity.
  • Provide feedback to the line manager for process improvements and to identify trends in inquiries.

Requirements

  • Proven case management and customer support experience, preferably with luxury brands.
  • Excellent communication across voice, email, and social media.
  • Ability to provide end-to-end customer support.
  • Passion for the automotive industry.
  • Problem-solving skills with research capabilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Full working rights .
