About Us:
The Finance Brokers Association of Australasia (FBAA) is the peak professional body representing finance brokers nationwide. With over 13,000 members and growing, we are a leader in industry advocacy, education and member support. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales & Education Support Officer to join our Business Development team and help drive member value through well-coordinated campaigns, education initiatives and CRM communications.

Your Role:
This role provides vital back-of-house support to FBAA’s Business Development team. You’ll assist in running new membership campaigns, setting up and maintaining our education platforms, liaising with external education providers, and ensuring our CRM and reporting systems are accurate and up to date. Your coordination skills will also support our events and marketing communications to members.
Key Responsibilities:
Support new membership campaigns and event marketing via CRM and outbound comms
Set up and maintain online courses through Coassemble and liaise with education providers
Assist members with education and learning platform enquiries
Manage accurate CRM data entry, lead handovers and workflow documentation
Provide overflow support for sales and events functions when required
Assist with reports, emails, supplier coordination and special projects for the CDO
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in administration, marketing support, or CRM management
Strong coordination skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with precision
Confidence using platforms such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office and CRM systems
An interest in education or professional development programs (ideal but not essential)
A proactive, solutions-focused attitude with strong attention to detail
Alignment with FBAA’s values of integrity, innovation and member-first service
