About the role

We are seeking a talented Maintenance Staff to join our dynamic team at Phillip Johnson Landscapes' in Melbourne, VIC. As a full-time Maintenance Staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality maintenance services to ensure the continued upkeep and visual appeal of our clients' landscapes and gardens.

What you'll be doing

Performing regular maintenance tasks such as Pool and Billabong maintenance as we all weeding, pruning, planting

Monitoring and maintaining irrigation systems to ensure optimal performance

Identifying and addressing any issues or concerns in the client's landscape in a timely manner

Adhering to safety protocols and ensuring a clean and organised work environment

Collaborating with the wider team to execute garden improvement projects ensuring landscapes remain vibrant and healthy

Maintaining detailed records of completed work and materials used

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a similar maintenance or landscaping role

Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach

Proficiency in the use of landscaping tools and equipment

Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
