We are currently working with a very busy practice located adjacent to Hampton Park Shopping Centre. This is a great opportunity if you are looking for a clinic with high foot traffic and 70% billing split, you should have no issues being busy with high earning potential.

The practice is also located in a DPA area so if you are under 19ab restrictions you will have no issues working with this health clinic long term.

Practice:

Situated across from the bustling Hampton Park Shopping Centre in the southeastern suburbs of Melbourne, this all-purpose-built medical centre has been dedicated to serving the Hampton Park community and nearby areas. The facility boasts modern amenities, housing both male and female General Practitioners along with onsite services such as Pathology, Radiology, Dietitian, Physiotherapy, Psychology, and a Respiratory Physician. The current team comprises 6 GPs, 3 specialists, 2 nurses, and receptionists.

Operating seven days a week, with availability on most public holidays, the medical centre provides full flexibility to General Practitioners, including after-hours options if desired. Remuneration starts at 70% of billings. Additionally, this opportunity is open for doctors under moratorium as they are offering a DPA transfer.

Requirements:

• Specialist Registration with AHPRA
• Fellowship with RACGP / ACRRM
