Tax Manager – ASX-Listed

We are seeking a highly capable and motivated Tax Manager to join a leading ASX-listed company with growing international operations. Reporting to the Head of Tax, this role is integral to managing the group’s tax compliance, governance, and advisory functions across both Australian and foreign jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Group’s Tax Risk Management and Governance Policy.
• Prepare and review income tax returns, BAS/VAT, FBT, R&D claims, and other compliance obligations for both Australian and international entities.
• Lead the preparation of statutory tax reporting and disclosures, liaising with external auditors and advisors.
• Optimise and implement tax processes, models, and systems.
• Provide advice on business transactions, including international dealings and M&A activity.
• Liaise with tax authorities in response to queries or audits.

About You:

• A collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
• Solid experience in Australian corporate tax and exposure to a variety of other tax areas (e.g. GST, FBT, transfer pricing, international tax).
• Ability to distil complex tax issues into business-friendly language.
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• CA/CPA or Chartered Tax Adviser qualification.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally within a multinational environment or Big 4 firm.
