What your day will look like….

As an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Practitioner, your day will be filled with meaningful interactions and impactful work. You'll start by connecting with clients, assessing their health needs, and providing tailored care and advice. Throughout the day, you'll collaborate with other health professionals to deliver comprehensive healthcare programs and ensure continuity of care. You'll engage with community members, offering health education and promoting wellness initiatives. Your role will also involve supporting your colleagues by sharing cultural insights and helping them navigate community customs. Every moment will be an opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of those you serve, all while upholding the values and standards of Darling Downs Health.
