About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Medical Clinic Manager to lead our flagship Melbourne clinic. This role requires a strategic leader who can manage a multidisciplinary team, oversee clinic operations, and drive a seamless, high-end client experience. You will work closely with clinical staff, nurses, and front-of-house to ensure ODE’s standards of excellence are maintained across every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations including appointment scheduling, billing, and compliance

• Manage and support staff recruitment, onboarding, rostering, and performance reviews

• Ensure AHPRA compliance and uphold healthcare and privacy regulations

• Track financial performance, manage clinic budgets, and monitor team KPIs

• Maintain a positive, efficient, and collaborative team culture

• Implement and manage electronic health records (EHR) and practice software systems

• Serve as the key liaison between clients, clinicians, and internal stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in medical practice management or healthcare operations

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel)

• Understanding of healthcare legislation, compliance, and clinic accreditation

•Previous experience and knowledge in book keeping

•Previous experience with XERO

• Qualifications in Health Administration, Business, or related fields (a bonus)
