We are seeking a talented and passionate Physiotherapist to join our esteemed private practice, Elite Spinal Physiotherapy and Pilates, located in the vibrant Bondi Junction, NSW. As a full-time or part-time Private Practice Physiotherapist, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional, evidence-based care to our clients, helping them achieve their health and wellness goals.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments to identify clients' needs and create individualised treatment plans

Deliver hands-on physiotherapy treatments, including manual therapy and exercise prescription

Collaborate with clients to set and achieve their rehabilitation goals, ensuring their active engagement in the process

Liaise with other healthcare professionals, such as general practitioners and specialists, to ensure a holistic approach to client care

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our practice by staying up-to-date with the latest research and techniques in physiotherapy

Maintain accurate and detailed client records, in accordance with professional standards and practice policies

What We're Looking For

Degree in Physiotherapy, with current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Minimum 2 years' experience in a private practice or similar clinical setting, with a strong understanding of physiotherapy principles and techniques

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with clients and other healthcare professionals

Demonstrated clinical reasoning skills, with the ability to design and implement evidence-based treatment plans

A passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centred care and a commitment to ongoing professional development
