🌟 Join Our Dynamic Team as a Grade 2 Speech Pathologist at Northern Health! 🌟

Are you passionate about making a real impact in public health while growing your skills and enjoying a supportive, fun work environment? Northern Health is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Grade 2 speech pathologist to join our incredible acute team!

You'll work with a diverse caseload, gaining experience and exposure to a variety of conditions, all while having access to great resources like VFSS, FEES, and advanced AAC devices. Plus, you'll be part of a team that actively supports education, with opportunities to supervise and work alongside students in partnership with the Northern Health Clinical School.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has experience and solid knowledge in assessing and managing patients with communication and swallowing disorders within the acute setting.
  • Is excited about supervising staff and students while nurturing their growth.
  • Brings strong interpersonal skills, making meaningful connections with both internal and external teams.
  • Has a passion for quality improvement and wants to be part of a service that's always striving to do better.

This role is full time for 12 months to cover a maternity leave vacancy however has potential for ongoing.
