Our client is a global leader in energy technology, rapidly establishing a strong reputation in the Australian energy sector. With multiple exciting projects currently underway, we are seeking Commissioning Electricians to join the team for a key project based in Lake Macquarie.

This is a casual opportunity with an initial term of up to 6 months, ideal for experienced electricians looking for their next challenge. For the right candidates, this could lead to ongoing work on national and international projects, as well as potential for full time permanent employment

What's Involved:

• Commission battery control systems
  
  
• Use electrical metering and testing equipment
  
  
• Follow detailed commissioning plans and testing procedures
  
  
• Conduct problem-solving and fault-finding in real time
  
  
• Work both independently and collaboratively within a project team
  
  
• Maintain accurate documentation (e.g., service reports, issue logs, JSA's, QA/compliance)
  
  
• Adhere to all project and site-specific safety protocols
  
  

Schedule:

• Day shift, 6 days per week (shorter day Saturday, Sundays off)
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• Valid Electrical Licence and White Card (mandatory)
  
  
• Must have a strong Electrical background and proven experience in commissioning within an industrial setting
  
  
• Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills
  
  
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  
  
• Strong documentation and communication abilities
  
  
• Engineering qualifications (highly regarded)
  
  
• Must be available for 6-day work weeks
