Our client is an innovative packaging company servicing the Asia Pacific region, supplying both metal and Plastics!

We have immediate requirements for

Experienced Plastic injection Moulding Process Workers - Day Shift

Shift time - 7am-3pm

These positions are Monday - Friday and ASAP Starts based at their facility in Tullamarine.

Core responsibilities (role dependent)

Operate a range of automated packaging machines with care and extreme precision

Machine operating - packaging materials etc.

Perform routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting to ensure optimal machine performance daily

Collaborating with the production team to meet daily targets

Skills and experience

Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar manufacturing role

Strong mechanical mindset and ability to troubleshoot

Good communication and teamwork skills along with Excellent attention to detail

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Forklift licence or willingness to obtain one

Must be available to work Full time Monday – Friday from 11pm-7am - essential

Machine operating in a packaging facility - highly desirable

Experience working in Injection molding/blow molding within plastic manufacturing environment minimum 2 years is (advantageous but not essential).

Candidates must hold valid police check and have FULL Australian Working Rights (Australian Citizen or Permanent resident).

Physically fit and healthy to carry out tasks required

A positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt

Strong commitment to following all health and safety protocols and procedures
