A well-established national service provider is looking for a reliable and organised Operations Support Specialist to join their team. If you enjoy fast-paced environments and keeping operations on track, this could be a great fit.
About the Role
In the office 8am- 4pm
Coordinating technician schedules
Handling service bookings
Managing client communications
Supporting backend contract processes
This role is essential to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and excellent service delivery.
What you will be doing
Schedule and dispatch field technicians for maintenance and repairs
Respond to customer calls and emails with professionalism and urgency
Maintain accurate contract and service data
Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, and internal reporting
Work closely with service, sales, and admin teams to meet client expectations
What We’re Looking For
Prior experience in admin, scheduling, or coordination roles
Background in fire protection, security, or technical trades (Preferred)
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Comfortable using systems like Pronto or other ERP/job management platforms
