About the role

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Part-Time Boutique Sales Assistant to join our team at OBriens Clothing Co' in Manning, WA. In this customer-facing role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued clients and assisting in the overall operations of our boutique. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for fashion, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to creating a positive shopping experience.

What you'll be doing

Providing friendly, attentive, and personalised customer service

Assisting customers with product selection and styling advice

Restocking and replenishing merchandise as needed

Handling cash and card transactions with accuracy

Participating in inventory management and stock control

Supporting the team in achieving sales targets and KPIs

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably within the fashion industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and provide exceptional service

A keen eye for fashion and an understanding of current trends

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Flexibility to work during week and weekends.
