About the Role:
As the Preschool Room Leader, you’ll be responsible for leading a team of educators to deliver a high-quality educational program that supports each child's development and curiosity. You'll play a key role in planning, implementing, and evaluating daily routines and learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
✅ Previous experience in a Room Leader or senior educator role
✅ Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
✅ Excellent communication and leadership skills
✅ A warm, positive attitude and a genuine passion for early learning
