We are currently seeking a Property Manager for a highly successful office located on the vibrant Lower North Shore. This is an incredible opportunity to take charge of an executive portfolio and showcase your exceptional skills in property management. The Role:

• Day to day management of a residential portfolio
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair work, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards
• No ingoing's, leasing or routine inspections
• Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Manage rent reviews and increases
• NCAT prep and attendance when required

The Person:

• Previous Real Estate experience in Property Management is essential
• Must have a valid Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence, along with a driver's license and reliable transportation
• Knowledge of Real Estate laws and regulations
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
