One of Australia’s and New Zealand’s leading brands in their industry is seeking a full-time, permanent Customer Support Officer to join their team at their Gladesville office. Free onsite parking is provided, with the flexibility to work from home on Mondays and Fridays, while Tuesdays to Thursdays will be office-based.

As a well-known household brand, they have a strong presence across both countries with a large consultant sales force. This is a fantastic opportunity to support their team and engage directly with customers on a daily basis.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your primary focus will be providing support to both customers and the internal sales team.

You will receive comprehensive training during the first three to four weeks of your assignment, ensuring you are fully prepared for success in the role.

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently receive and manage customer contacts
  • Handle incoming calls
  • Address order and account enquiries
  • Provide product information and manage returns
  • Navigate order tracking systems and liaise with external parties
  • Assist with online queries and email correspondence
  • Take ownership of high-level complaints

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven experience in customer service
  • Excellent organisational and planning abilities
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
  • Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • High level of interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
