About the Role:
Do you enjoy improving current processes and systems? If you are an experienced Project Manager with strong SuccessFactors experience, then this could be your perfect long term contract role.

Job Responsibilities:

Your major duties will include, but not be limited to the following:

• Manage the onboarding project, working with the external implementation partner
• Provide your expertise in the build stage of the platform
• Represent organisation as Project Manager and engage stakeholders through the implementation of the new onboarding system
• Present payroll services department as project manager for a variety of upcoming projects
• Other ad hoc duties as requested

Successful Applicant

• Strong experience using SuccessFactors 2.0 (including its implementation)
• Demonstrated long term project management experience
• A hands on and proactive attitude to support the organisation
• Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
