About the role

Bay Boats is seeking a highly motivated and versatile Hospitality All Rounder to join our team in Scarborough, QLD. This casual position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced hospitality environment, providing exceptional customer service and supporting the day-to-day operations of our locally loved takeaway shop.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and serving a variety of food and beverages to customers

Assisting with food preparation, cooking and grilling.

Cashiering and handling customer payments

Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen and dining areas

Providing friendly and attentive customer service to ensure a positive experience

Collaborating with the team to support the smooth running of the day

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role

Shift supervisor or management experience (we are on the search if you have experience this is great!)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure

A positive, friendly and customer-focused attitude

Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Food handling and safety certification (preferred but not necessary)
