As a passionate UX Designer, you’ll dive into a dynamic Agile environment, collaborating with business and tech teams to craft intuitive, cutting-edge user interfaces that empower millions of Australians.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Spearhead UX design across pre-discovery, discovery, design, and delivery in a vibrant Agile team.
• Lead engaging co-design workshops and interviews with stakeholders and end-users to spark innovation.
• Design stunning user interfaces, interactive prototypes, wireframes, and functional specs that wow.
• Champion user-centric solutions, documenting research and presenting bold concepts to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Agile Coaches and Service Designers to enhance the Design System and delivery processes.

The Right Candidate:

• 5+ years of UX/UI expertise, with mastery in Figma, Miro, and Adobe CC to bring ideas to life.
• Proven ability to shine independently and unite with a multi-disciplinary team to achieve epic results.
• Hands-on experience in user testing/usability testing, with a pulse on digital trends and tools.
• Killer conceptual and information design skills, paired with deep UX methodology know-how.
• Infectious communication, creativity, flexibility, and energy to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
