Our client is seeking an experienced Communications Lead to join their team in Melbourne. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic communicator eager to lead and develop impactful communications within the superannuation sector. About the role:

• Leading, developing and executing marketing communication strategies to enhance member engagement and retention
• Creating engaging content for digital platforms, newsletters, and other communication materials
• Collaborating with internal teams ensuring a cohesive brand voice across all areas
• Analysing the effectiveness of campaigns and using insights to refine and improve strategies
• Upholding brand standards and guidelines across all communication efforts
• Coordinating with external vendors and agencies to produce high-quality materials

About you:

You will have a strong background in marketing communications, exceptional project management skills, and a genuine passion for creating impactful communications that engage and resonate with members.

• Proven experience in leading communications strategies and campaigns – ideally within superannuation / financial services
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and management
• Ability to develop compelling content for diverse audiences
• Knowledge of brand management and maintaining brand consistency across communications
• Proficient in using communication tools and technologies
• Experience in managing a team or working collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
