Nikos is looking for experienced Restaurant Manager to join our growing business.

Established in 1986, Nikos Cakes prides itself in providing an exceptional and unique Greek cafe experience. Across 2 locations in Oakleigh and Fairfield, Nikos is the leader when it comes to Greek food, sweets and coffee and we are looking for an experienced restaurant manager who is a passionate industry professional, committed to exceeding our customers' expectations, whilst leading a professional and hardworking team.

To be considered for this role you will need to possess the following:

Have at least 3+ years previous management experience

Be career driven with a real passion for the hospitality industry

Show a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude

Always maintain exceptional presentation and grooming

Be passionate about team training and development

The role and requirements:

Managing the front of house team

Training and mentoring your team to foster their personal development and career progression

Ensuring a successful, profitable and consistent operation of the venue

Establishing relationships with both front of house and back of house team

Administrative and reporting functions

Full Time contract of $73,500 - $85,000 plus superannuation per annum.
