About the role

We are seeking two talented and experienced Qualified Chef's to join our team at Alexandra House Sports Club in Hamilton, VIC 3300. As a casual position, this role offers the flexibility to balance your work and personal life while contributing your culinary expertise to our popular sports club.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and cooking a variety of delicious and visually appealing dishes for our club members and guests

Ensuring all food preparation, cooking, and presentation meets the highest standards of quality and food safety

Working closely with the kitchen team to maintain efficient kitchen operations

Assisting in menu planning and development to continuously improve our culinary offerings

Providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive dining experience for our patrons

What we're looking for

Formal culinary qualification and substantial experience as a qualified chef in a similar hospitality environment

Excellent knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and kitchen management best practices

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment

Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with the kitchen and service teams

Passion for creating delicious, high-quality cuisine and enhancing the dining experience for our members and guests
