Have you visited our Centre at Prospect yet? If not, you will be blown away by our incredible historic Tram conversion Early Learning Centre. Purposely designed and equipped with beautiful resources, a natural environment both inside and out, we are super proud of our incredible extension of home for children and their families in the local community. Our philosophy is fully embedded in the daily operations, including our commitment to high-quality resources, providing children with opportunities to engage with real living things (pets) and a nutritious Menu developed by highly qualified Chefs in the industry. We even have a Centre Cafe and Take Home Meals for families.
We are looking for qualified and skilled Educators to take on roles as 'Lead' across our Centre, working with a range of age groups. If you're interested in working with a specific age group, feel free to discuss it with us during your interview, and we'll work with you to make your professional dreams a reality.
The Lead Educator will be responsible for managing and implementing our policies, procedures, and programs in their designated room and will work collaboratively with other teams to ensure smooth operations across the Centre.
We provide time ‘off the floor’ for implementing tasks that require focus. There are many reasons why this role is perfect for a candidate who has reached a stage in their teaching career where they can take on greater operational responsibilities, as well as demonstrate the ability to lead, manage, and deal with everyday challenges while reaping all the rewards that Paisley Park has to offer.
Paisley Park implements a unique Quality Improvement Training Program that embeds professional learning in everyday practice. A significant component of our framework is in-house mentoring, which can occur during or outside of working hours. The Lead Educator is responsible for ensuring that they and their team participate in and contribute to our collaborative and reflective approach to professional learning, improvement, and general operations. This includes involvement in our Community Engagement Program, which requires the Lead Educator to contribute to activities that support our community outreach.
Paisley Park provides many rewards, bonuses, and everyday perks to educators in our family. We encourage you to engage with us in conversation to find out more about what we do for our teams and why.
