What You'll Be Doing:

Answer inbound calls from small business owners, representing and promoting a wide range of Telstra products and services.

Provide expert advice tailored to customer needs and lifestyles.

Use effective commincation skills to empathize with and understand customers

Confidently de-escalate any customer grievances

be flexible with hours to ensure we're there when our customers need us
