The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Sewing Machine Operators and those who are willing to learn to help produce our world-class safety harnesses, lanyards, and other textile-based safety gear. This is a hands-on role where precision, quality, and consistency are key. If you're detail-oriented and take pride in your craftsmanship, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Operate industrial sewing machines to manufacture technical safety equipment (e.g., harnesses, webbing straps, and fall arrest systems)

Sew and assemble heavy-duty synthetic materials (such as polyester webbing) with high precision

Follow production specifications, patterns, and quality standards

Conduct visual checks for stitching accuracy, strength, and finish

Perform basic machine maintenance (threading, needle changes, cleaning)

Meet daily production targets while maintaining safety and quality

Collaborate with team members and supervisors in a clean, organised environment

What You’ll Bring

Prior experience using industrial sewing machines is preferred but not essential

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions

Experience sewing heavy-duty or technical textiles is highly desirable

Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment

Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
