We are currently seeking a skilled Factory Hand with 1–2 years minimum experience in window assembly to join our team in Chermside. This is a full-time, permanent position with an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembly of aluminium windows and door frames
• Glazing and sealing
• Stock sorting and handling
• Operation of power tools and factory machinery

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in window assembly
• Experience in aluminium joinery or carpentry/construction is desirable, but not essential
• Reliable and self-motivated with a strong duty of care
• Able to work as part of a team and under pressure
• Tickets such as forklift licence will be highly regarded
