Mars Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a leading global financial institution in the search for a Project Manager to join their Services Operations team in Sydney.

This role offers the opportunity to manage key market, regulatory, client, and platform-driven projects across the custody space, working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders across the APAC region. You'll oversee full project lifecycles, from initial scoping through to delivery and handover to BAU, while maintaining governance and ensuring seamless execution in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management across custody operations
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and industry stakeholders
• Drive governance and maintain detailed project documentation (PIDs, RAID logs, etc.)
• Support UAT phases and uphold risk management frameworks
• Identify and implement process improvements and operational enhancements

Essential Criteria:

• 5+ years' experience in custody operations or a related financial services environment
• Strong stakeholder engagement and project governance capability
• Proficiency with project tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or Visio
• Knowledge of local regulatory frameworks and operational risk controls
• PRINCE2 or Agile certification highly desirable
