We are seeking a motivated, high-performing, positive individual to join our team. In this role, you will be contacting inbound, warm leads, of individuals who have requested help to review their superannuation, as well as their overall financial situation. You will also be required to demonstrate a high skill level in building relationships to assist in understanding clients' financial needs and future goals.

As a Financial Consultant, you will establish trust and rapport quickly with potential clients to help understand their current financial situation, identify short and long-term goals, and build an ongoing relationship to help develop a pathway to a successful retirement.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the initial point of contact for new clients, making lasting impressions with your exceptional communication skills.

Engage in meaningful conversations to uncover clients' financial aspirations and concerns.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel supported and valued.

Collaborate with our team of financial planners to ensure a seamless transition and comprehensive service delivery.

Use your problem-solving abilities to address any client queries or issues promptly and effectively.
